What is a customer request ? 
A customer request is when a customer wants us to source them an item that they do not see on the website. Our most popular sourcing items are handbags and shoes.
You will pay the £5 deposit plus postage and this will get you our full attention on instagram messages or emails (you choose) until we find what you are looking for. 
If we find you your dream item please know this £5 deposit & postage will come off your balance! (I’ll send you your balance link once confirmed)
For any reason we don’t find your item which would be rather unusual you will be fully refunded both deposit & postage.
If we have sourced your item and you decide not to get back to us, please know the £5 deposit you paid is non refundable, as it does take up my time to source items. I will refund the postage but.
As soon as you have checked out click on our live chat and tell us what item you would like sourced (as much details as possible such as size, colour etc)
